Duplicate Payment

If a customer pays multiple times for one transaction, one transaction amount will be refunded through the same payment source.

Important Notes

Refund Request,Credit & Service Change

Refund requests, service holds, service changes, and cancellation fees are handled based on the status of work, payment, and customer request.

If the customer is not satisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned charge + fee paid to the government may be applicable.

In case of change of service, cancellation fee will not be applicable.
