Receipt Generation

Interrupted Transactions
If the connection times out, the user exits the browser before receiving payment confirmation, or the transaction is interrupted for any reason, the customer must check with the card company or bank before making another payment for the same proposal.
Payment Status Update
Chokurei Tax Partners will update the payment status after receiving confirmation from the payment gateway, which usually takes up to 72 hours from the transaction date and time.
Successful Transactions
For successful transactions, the customer will receive a message along with the receipt.
Failed Transactions
No receipt will be provided for failed transactions.
Check Before Making a Second Payment
